Each Soft Grip Crutch is also fitted with the revolutionary and uniquely designed Flexyfoot ferrule, to improve both comfort and safety for the user. The Flexyfoot ferrules have flexible bellows that act as shock absorbers to reduce the impact and jarring felt in the wrist, arm and shoulder joints when using other types of lower quality crutches, helping to reduce aches, pains and soreness in these areas. Additionally, the bellows slightly flexible design, and the hardwearing nature of the foot tread combine to offer up to 50% more grip than a traditional ferrule, helping the crutch tip to remain fully in contact with the ground at all times ensuring maximum grip and traction, and significantly reducing the risk of slips and falls. These closed cuff crutches are height adjustable, with a handle height of between 29.5”(750mm) and 41.5”(1050mm), making them suitable for use for anyone from 5ft (1500mm) to 6ft 8inches (2000mm) in height.
